"La flamme solidaire", at a glance
The first online raffle of the Fribourg service club, from launch to draw.
The context: a Fribourg service club
Table Ronde n°8 of Fribourg is a service club that brings young Fribourg professionals together around a shared commitment: local charitable work. In the spirit of the Table Ronde movement, its members put their energy at the service of the canton.
Its raffle "La flamme solidaire" funds targeted solidarity projects for the benefit of organizations and families in the region. Organized by Table Ronde n°8 and run for the benefit of L'Ondena, it brought together outstanding local partners — HC Fribourg-Gottéron, the Guide Michelin, Europa-Park — around one simple idea: reach far and wide, so that people's generosity serves the region directly.
What the committee was looking for:
- A serious fundraiser to run, without giving up its volunteers' evenings to it.
- No ticket books to print, no stubs to recount, no cash to keep track of from one meeting to the next.
- Clean bookkeeping, readable at a glance by the chair and the treasurer.

Turnkey for the club
GoTombola set the frame: a page in the organization's colors, secure payment, tickets bought in a few taps. What was left for the members was the most rewarding part — sharing the link and keeping the flame alive around them.

The Live Wall, a first for the club
Projected during meetings and available to view at any time, this public wall continuously displays the ticket total, the seller leaderboard and every new entry. Fundraising stops being committee hearsay: it becomes a figure everyone can watch climb. Here, with no chasing and no sales pitch, friendly rivalry between members did the rest — and the committee had an honest reference point from which to steer the fundraiser.

The page, just as participants saw it
Four screens carried the fundraiser: the welcome screen and its flamme solidaire, the first prize, the detailed preview of a prize and the partners page. Royal blue taken from the campaign visual, orange flames as an accent, festive typefaces: the identity carries from one screen to the next — no generic template, and no page to assemble yourself.

The player journey, in three screens
Every screen can be customized to the colors, the name and the message of the organization — and stays crystal clear for the player: a few taps on their phone.

Discovering the raffle
The "La flamme solidaire" key visual set the tone right from the welcome screen: a local fundraiser, clear and unmistakable.

Choosing a ticket
You browsed the grand prizes, from Gottéron to starred dining by way of Europa-Park, then bought a ticket in a few taps, with secure payment.

Following it live
The counter of tickets sold and the date of the draw were displayed in real time: everyone could follow the fundraiser without asking the committee a thing.
The prizes, laid out like posters
Rather than a plain list, a showcase: each prize had a poster of its own in the raffle's colors, the headline prize writ large, the others revealed as visitors scrolled. Everything stays adjustable, from the layout to the colors.
