APEL Saint-Jean de Passy: a raffle for the benefit of the students
The parents' association of Saint-Jean de Passy entrusted GoTombola with its Tombola Solidaire 2026: a made-to-measure page, close to 500 prizes led by a MacBook Pro 14" M5, and a raffle played entirely online, from the launch on April 7, 2026 to the prize draw of May 27, 2026.
La Tombola Solidaire 2026, at a glance
A parents' association raffle, played online in the spring of 2026.
The context: parents in the service of their school
APEL Saint-Jean de Passy is the parents' association of the Paris school of the same name. It brings volunteer families together around a shared commitment: supporting school life and standing behind every one of its students, from preschool through high school.
Its Tombola Solidaire 2026 funds educational projects, school trips and shared equipment, for the benefit of the whole school community. Driven by the parents and fed by loyal partners, it put close to 500 prizes into play through a turnkey online fundraiser.
What the raffle funds:
- Educational projects.
- School trips.
- Shared equipment for the school.

One ticket, one chance, and a whole school comes out ahead
The raffle ran 100 % online: no paper tickets, and no desk to staff.
The mechanics, in one sentence
Every ticket put its buyer in the running for one of the close to 500 prizes — a MacBook Pro 14" M5 at the top of the list — and funded the school's educational projects, school trips and equipment.

Every parent, a relay for the fundraiser
Every parent had their own link to share, to rally families, friends and relatives around the school. The raffle travelled from one person to the next, with no door-to-door and no stand to staff — a turnkey set-up, from the first ticket to the draw of May 27, 2026.

The screens, just as the players saw them
Four headline screens were designed from scratch: the welcome screen and its key dates, the prizes page, the detailed preview of the 1st prize and the partners wall. The school's blue and the dandelion seeds of the key visual carry from one screen to the next.

The player journey, in three screens
Every screen can be customized to the colors, the name and the message of the association — and stays crystal clear for the player.

Discovering the raffle
The school's visual, the name of the association and the key dates, right as you land on the page.

Browsing the prizes and grabbing a ticket
The presentation video, then the showcase: the MacBook Pro at no. 1 and the prizes that follow, before a purchase in a few taps.

Seeing the details of a prize
One tap brings up the full-screen preview of the prize, its description and its specifications.
The prizes, given a stage
Rather than a list, a showcase: the 1st prize full frame, and behind it a prize pool gathered by the APEL's partner brands — Le Chalet d'Adrien, the British Council, Accor, Amala Partners, Mimosa Paris and Newco Corporate Finance among them.
