FC Châtel-Saint-Denis: a raffle in the club's colors
FC Châtel-Saint-Denis, an amateur club from the Veveyse district, took its Grande Tombola 2025 digital with GoTombola: a page in the club's colors, online ticketing, secure payment and a draw followed live, on November 15, 2025.
La Grande Tombola 2025, at a glance
An amateur club from French-speaking Switzerland, its youth teams and its local partners.
The context: soccer at the heart of the Veveyse
FC Châtel-Saint-Denis is an amateur soccer club in French-speaking Switzerland that trains more than 250 young players around a shared spirit: the game, the team and the coaching. From the youth squads to the senior sides, the club keeps soccer alive in the Veveyse district.
Its Grande Tombola 2025 funded equipment, travel and educational support for the youth teams. Driven by the club and five local partners — DIMAB Groupe, Défimétal, AGV Toni SA, Bat Mann and PC-Tech SA — it was orchestrated end to end with GoTombola.
What every ticket funded:
- Equipment for the youth teams.
- Travel to matches and tournaments.
- Educational support for the young players trained at the club.

One ticket. One chance. The whole club wins.
The raffle ran entirely online, with no paper tickets and no ticket books to hand out.
The mechanics, in one sentence
Every ticket put its buyer in the running for one of the prizes gathered by the partners — a BMW worth 41 000.-, a trip to Ko Samui and others besides — and funded the club's youth teams directly.

The screens, just as the supporters saw them
Four headline screens were designed from scratch: the welcome screen and its youth team, the prizes to be won, the detailed preview of a prize and the partners wall. The club's yellow and black and its eagle crest appear on every one.

The participant journey, in three screens
Every screen can be customized to the colors, the name and the message of the club — and stays crystal clear for the participant, on their phone.

Discovering the raffle
Right from the welcome screen, the team photo, the crest and the club's colors: the page carried FC Châtel's identity, not a generic template.

Choosing a ticket
The prizes screen put the 41 000.- BMW and the trip to Ko Samui front and center; online ticketing and secure payment came turnkey, with no development for the club to shoulder.

Following it live
A detailed preview of every prize, then live sales tracking right through to the prize draw of November 15, 2025 and the announcement of the winners.
A BMW worth 41 000.-, and plenty of other prizes
The prize pool was gathered by the club's partners: the BMW, the trip to Ko Samui, then prizes no. 3, no. 4 and the rest. Rather than a list, a showcase — the prizes revealed themselves as visitors scrolled, photograph included.
